2 Colors - 6mm

Our 2-tone thickness is the most popular, and offers an excellent balance between grip and comfort.

3 Colors - 9mm

3-colour thickness on special order. Perfect for projects where you want additional customisation.

Our advanced CNC machines unlock a new level of customization. By skillfully removing the top layer of multi-color SeaDek products, we expose the vibrant bottom color, offering vast design possibilities.

Designer Laser Patterning

Designer Laser Patterning is a custom option that allows for nearly infinite detail, producing a subtle yet distinctive appearance as the computer-controlled laser burns your desired pattern into your SeaDek. This option can be used in conjunction with routing or engraving to create a truly one-of-a-kind look.

Custom Logo Options

Logos are the perfect way to customize your SeaDek kit. We can route or laser your logo, depending on the intricacy. Our team will let you know what logo type will work best for your kit.

Our original technique for incorporating custom logos was by routing, or “pocketing,” which remains the most popular method today. If using a two-color laminate, we simply CNC cut through the top color, exposing the bottom layer to give a contrasting logo which provides maximum visual impact. Engraving provides subtle, low-contrast detail and can be used to create elegant logos and designs. Engraving is executed by routing into, but not through, the top layer.

Static Laser Logos are perfect for instances where you would like to incorporate crisp logos and graphics into your kit that are either too small or too detailed to be machined effectively.
